So, I really didn't get to celebrate the holidays of 2010. Christmas Day, I was working. I was actually canceled from 7 to 3p but called in to work 3p to 7p (I'm 12 hr-shift person). It really sucked: There goes my favorite holiday. What was I thinking scheduling myself to work on my FAVORITE holiday. The only holiday left was New year's. I worked New Year's eve 7a to 7p, came home around 8p and started cooking dinner, so we have something to much on to welcome the new year.
So, i made the usually: Steamed-deep fried chicken and baked mostaciolli. Had dinner with EJ, mom and dad. Bro and sis had a party to go to. We just decided to stay in and welcome the new year in our home.
2011 WILL BE A GREAT YEAR!
